Shipping Policy

Rhemalda Publishing uses Digital Print Technology to print each book as orders are received. This method allows us, as a small press to fulfill any order, of any size, and never have books go out of stock.

Once your order is submitted it generally takes just a few days to process, print and ship your order.

Your order of 10 or fewer books will be shipped using the United States Postal Service and normally takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive. In some instances, orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time).

Return Policy
Rhemalda Publishing will refund your online purchase and issue a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling fees) if you:

*Return your new books in their original condition.
*Include your packing slip or invoice.
*Return your purchase(s) within 20 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

Rhemalda Publishing shall have no obligation to refund or return any items it receives that are not in compliance with these three requirements.

Important Notifications:

*Original shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.
*Returns made to Rhemalda Publishing will be refunded in the form of the original payment.
*Due to the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept e-book returns.
*No credits or refunds will be granted for any item that is returned to us more than 30 days after the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
*Refunds cannot be issued for any prepackaged products that are returned opened or have obvious signs of use, unless they are found to be defective.
*The return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from Rhemalda.com. It does not apply to books purchased from another bookseller or retail store.
*We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package via a traceable carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL), and that you retain the carrier’s tracking number until you receive your credit or refund.
